SPOILERS. If you don’t want spoilers, read all of chapter 3 first.
This is for people who felt like Origa was acting kind of unreasonable towards the end of chapter 3, like me. If you thought it made sense, I mean, you can still read it if you want.
So first of all, it seemed kind of like she broke down suddenly for a kind of weak reason, but after thinking about it it made sense.
She’s been outside for multiple days while under stress of being hunted down, probably sleep deprived, in a state of constant pain, and now she’s come to the realization that because of her, her favorite story is ruined and all of her favorite characters are going to die. And then one of those characters tries to tell her that everything is going to be fine, when she knows very well that it isn’t.
In addition, she really isn’t very hardened. All her battles prior to this have been her, without any effort, easily burning away all opposition. This is the first time she’s been pushed into such a corner, as evidenced by the fact that this is the first time she’s needed the magic recovery drug.
As for that one person complaining about Atlas, what the heck >.>
He realized that she pushed Gil away intentionally and so asked to be friends, treated her nicely, and was basically the only friend she had this entire time. And now, he went out on basically a suicide mission to try to save her when she might already be dead. Even the line that made her explode was just him being worried about her.
Well, that’s enough ranting I suppose.
